Drink Machines are units that allow additional sales on your cafe by serving drinks to your customers. Although all the drink machines are buyable, most of them can be acquired by completing quests. A player may have as many drink machines as they want in their cafe, and there is no limit as to how many duplicates of each drink machine they can have in their cafe.
