When you get the prompt for better decoration, everything - including floor decorations (includes chairs & tables), wall decorations, and entertainers - all add up to the quality of decorations. Each level has a certain amount that you need to spend to satisfy the system. Entertainers can do that quickly because they are more expensive. It's also useful to purchase decorations with the Cash you earn leveling up. Fill in all the extra areas around the seating areas and the stations with lots of plants or inexpensive things.B e sure that you have something on every wall. In this way, your Popularity should stay at 100% and only fall a few points when your counters are empty or if you have dirty floors or ovens.
